In Debtors Anonymous (DA), becoming a sponsor means guiding a sponsee through the 12 Steps and sharing your own experience, strength, and recovery, ultimately helping them in their journey towards financial recovery. Much of our recovery happens in our one-on-one conversations with our sponsors.
