Greetings
Treasurer transitions happen periodically and we want ours to be as
smooth and professional as possible. We all know that a smooth
succession to a new treasurer benefits everyone in the group and that
seamless changes can save a lot of time and hassle. Chris S has closed
out as treasurer for DA HOU 32218 Friday Recovery Group. He has
transferred all group funds, $162.08, to a new bank account and
forwarded all group files. The new bank is SoFi and treasury files
were sent directly to the email address of Sarah O. These
action items need to be approved by the group conscious. They are
being put in place for operational purposes but can and will be
removed at the group's direction.

Action Items:
Bank Account Information and access will be shared with the group chair
Group treasury files will be stored in the group's G:Drive
The copy of Sarah O's photo ID is to be deleted from all
group files when her term is completed.
